Is L&A open to the public?

No, we currently only sell to the trade, which consists of many Interior Designers, AV companies, Contractors, Home Builders, and other related providers. Please contact us for a local referral.

How is freight/shipping handled?

All packaged products will be shipped via UPS whenever possible to reduce freight costs. Any package over 108″ in length will be shipped via common carrier. Whenever applicable, poles can be spliced to save freight expense. Lancaster prepays all freight charges but will add the charges to your invoice for reimbursement. Freight cost may be quoted, actual freight costs will be added to the invoice at time of shipment. If you wish to use your preferred freight carrier, please provide your account information.

Who is J.L. Anthony?

It’s a question we get regularly. Legend has it J.L. was an impactful force in interior design and a pioneer in the window treatment niche. His work in early American theatre design leaned heavily on his experience as an apprentice in Europe, and from there he designed and oversaw applications of these learnings for grander estates in the northeast and later along the west coast.

Anthony’s passion for high-design in conjunction with flawless (and innovative) performance lives on in our custom (and motorized) designs and fabrication.*

What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, ApplePay and ACH Bank Transfers. Invoices will be created and sent when products are received, completed and ready to install or ship. All balances due must be cleared prior to receiving product, installation or shipment.

What if my order comes in damaged?

Please inspect all packages upon receipt, note any loss or damages on the freight company’s delivery receipt prior to the driver before leaving. Failure to correctly sign for damaged goods as damaged may impact your right to request a freight claim or replacement order. Immediately notify Lancaster & Associates as claims must be reported within three business days.

Can we cancel our order?

All orders are custom and cannot be cancelled once the order has been accepted for production. No returns are accepted. This includes any product that has been cut, finished, or customized in any way. Any changes to product specifications once production has begun will be subject to additional charges.
